 SABJ Community Outreach and Speakers Bureau PURPOSE :: Members of SABJ believe that African American journalists and public relations professionals should work together to educate Black students and other students of color about opportunities in media; writing, reporting, editing, photography, newsroom management, graphic arts, production and all aspects of the gathering, dissemination and distribution of news through print, television, radio, magazines, the Internet, wire services and other forms of media.. MISSION :: SABJ will utilize the expertise of area journalists and public relations specialists to encourage African American high school and college students in the Northwest to consider opportunities and careers in journalism and public relations.
